With more than 50 years of experience in the coating and abrasive blasting business, Sutton is Houston’s premier provider of all preparation, blasting and protective coating services. Our advanced, climate-controlled facility spans over ten acres, allowing engineers to complete tasks involving silica sand blasting, coating and painting on components of all sizes.

Since 1972, Sutton has provided the dependable; high-quality coating services Houston clients demand in a variety of industries, including oil and gas, construction, mining, manufacturing and more. President & Owner

Sutton Corrosion Control, Inc. was founded in 1972 by Alfred H Sutton II.

The current CEO, Alfred Sutton III (Buck), has over 25 years hands on experience and knowledge in coating and sandblasting. Buck graduated from Houston’s Spring Woods High School in 1979 and attended University of Houston.
His mission at Sutton Control Corrosion, Inc. is to forge long lasting partnerships derived from integrity and our endless focus on quality & service.

Quality Assurance & Safety

Sutton understands the importance of maintaining strict records and providing highly experienced personnel. Our NACE/SSPC certified coating inspectors are present throughout the blasting or coating process, ensuring your project is in the right hands and will be of the highest quality.

All customers are provided with our QA Surface Preparation & Paint Procedure that have been approved by multiple 3rd party inspectors assisting the end buyers.
